Infinite Reps Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Fitlytics mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference in the Fitlytics Terms of Use, which govern your use of the App.
By using Fitlytics, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Subscription Information: When you subscribe to Fitlytics, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.

This data remains stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties. You can use Fitlytics without granting HealthKit permissions, though workout history features will be unavailable.
Crash Reports and Diagnostics: We use Apple’s built-in crash reporting to help us identify and fix technical issues. This data is collected and processed by Apple in accordance with their privacy practices.
Subscription Analytics: RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, collects anonymised data about subscription events (such as purchases, renewals, and cancellations) to help us understand subscription performance. This data is not linked to your personal identity.

3. Apple HealthKit
Fitlytics requests access to Apple HealthKit to enhance your experience by displaying your workout history. Our use of HealthKit data complies with Apple’s requirements:
Local Storage Only: All HealthKit data accessed by Fitlytics remains on your device. We do not transmit this data to external servers.
